  • Try not to eat late at night. Dinner should be light and eaten as early as possible, preferably at least 3 hours before bedtime.

  • Never under eat (less than 1200 calories per day). Eating less than is required to support your metabolism will slow your metabolism down!

  • Steam your vegetables rather than frying them in butter or oil.
